Our terms and conditions:

Check in time is after 14:00

Check out time is before 11:30

Accepted credit cards at the resort are MasterCard and Visa

Guests are required to show their passport and credit card upon check in.

All special requests (such as early check-in, late check-out, specific room assignment, and else) are subject to availability, can not be granted in advance, additional charges may apply and must be confirmed by White Tortoise.

100% of total reservation amount is required as prepayment deposit to confirm the booking.

Every refund process will be completed between 05 – 12 business days and it’ll be subject to 4.8% administration fee.

All villas are strictly no-smoking. You may smoke outside on the veranda or in our restaurant.

No parties allowed on the property.

We are an adult only resort.

No pets.

No loud music.

No more than 2 people in a villa.

No outside guests in the villa without permission from the management.

If you have an evening flight you may leave your luggage after check-out at the reception and enjoy your last day.

In case there is any damage to our property during your stay, you will be held responsible and you will have to refund the damage.

All accommodation will be subjected to government tax of 11 % and all food and beverage consumed at the resort will be subjected to government tax of 11% and service charge of 8%

Standard cancellation policy

Standard cancellation policies are valid for all bookings except for special offers and rates.

• The whole bookings amount is to be paid within 5 days of making the reservation to secure/confirm the reservation.
• Reservations can be cancelled free of charge 14 days prior to the intended check- in date.
• Reservations can be modified free of charge 14 days prior to the intended check-in date.
• Cancellations or amendments within 14 days of arrival or early departures are subject to a cancellation penalty equal to 100% of the total cost of the total booking cost of all nights booked. No-shows will not be refunded their booking.
  
  

Special offers and special rates cancellation policy:

• Special offers and special rates are non refundable unless otherwise stated in the bookings confirmation.
• Offline rates and discounted rates are considered SPECIAL OFFERS.

To cancel or amend a reservation, please contact us in writing at info@whitetortoisebali.com. We do not accept cancellations or amendments over the telephone/sms/whatsapp.

If a reservation is made with a third party (travel agent, online booking site etc), please refer to their terms and conditions. We take no responsibility for your booking contract with a third party.

Standard Rates:

• Free 1 x Change of Date is available when changed more than 14 days prior to arrival.
  
• “No Shows” or early departures are subject to a cancellation penalty equal to 100% of the total cost of all nights booked.
• No refund will be given for reduction of stay once checked in.
• Change of date – only one amendment per booking will be accepted free of charge when amended more than 14 days prior to arrival. Where the rate price is less than your original stay, no refunds are provided. If the new stay is at a higher rate, rate difference will apply. Date changes within 30 days of arrival are subject to our cancellation policy. Any reduction of nights are subjected to our cancellation policy.
